ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Studio Renters are required to be familiar with printmaking processes and equipment they are working in.

  • The A/P Studio is a shared space for independent and safe use of equipment.

  • To support the safety of all renters, the facility, and A/P equipment, renters must receive annual staff authorization for working independently in their desired print medium(s) and using specialized tools and machines.

Feeling rusty or need to build skills before renting?

A/P offers regular workshops for all experience levels, including those who are brand new to print.

Click here for Workshop and Tutorial info!

A/P staff provide support for new renters as they get to know the space.

  • A/P staff are here to support Studio Renters as they get settled in the studio setting, and are often available to provide basic troubleshooting advice.
  • Before booking your first rental, you will schedule a studio tour with A/P staff so that we better understand your rental needs and provide a full safety orientation.
