- Feasibility to have the work completed by work drop-off (if in progress)
- A/P reserves the right to exclude any work that promotes violence, hatred, or intolerance. A/P is not responsible for works that are damaged or lost in transport. Prints that do not fit these requirements may not be included in the exhibition and may not be returned.

- It is the Artist’s responsibility to communicate with A/P any special installation requirements, and to discuss with A/P alternative installation options that may be required.
- Alberta Printmakers has general installation equipment and hardware available to use on-site.
- If specialty hardware or equipment is required, it is the artist’s responsibility to provide these materials, and/or to coordinate with A/P to confirm that these materials can be sourced and implemented in the A/P Main Gallery. Associated expenses for specialty hardware or equipment is the responsibility of the Artist.
- Under certain circumstances, when an installation requires significant space alterations (i.e., painting walls), it is the artist’s responsibility to return the gallery to its original state, including additional costs that may be incurred.
