Participation Form: Not So Mini 2025 International Print Exchange and Exhibition



PLEASE READ THIS FORM CAREFULLY

All steps must be followed and completed to ensure your participation.
After you complete and submit this form, you will receive an automatic response email that includes all of this information for your reference.
If you do not receive an automatic response email, you must reach out to A/P to ensure that we have received your participation form, which is required for you to take part in the exchange and exhibition.


GENERAL EXCHANGE, EXHIBITION, AND FUNDRAISER DETAILS

  • This opportunity is open to ALL ARTISTS working in print-based media from anywhere around the world.
  • Artists of ALL experience levels are welcome!
  • All participants will submit an edition of 10 prints.
  • A/P will retain 2 prints from each edition to raise funds for A/P.
  • Each participant will receive an exchange package of 8 original prints from other participants, selected at random.
  • One print from each edition will be included in the 2025 Not So Mini Exhibition, which will be on display in the A/P Main Gallery from December 6-12, 2025.
  • Both of the retained prints from each edition will be included in an online silent auction and sale that will also take place from December 6-12, 2025.
  • A/P will set all prices and starting bids, which will be consistent for all artworks submitted.
  • Any prints that do not sell during the online fundraiser will be kept by A/P to remain available for sale, or to be used for other purposes as determined by the A/P staff and board in the future (i.e., donations, retained int he A/P collection, etc.)
  • HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

    A/P will accept submissions that adhere to all of the required submission steps and artwork guidelines as outlined below.

    STEP 1

    COMPLETE THIS SUBMISSION FORM AND PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 15, 2025

    About Participation Fees and Return Shipping Fees

  • Submission fees support A/P, including the coordination and administration required for this exchange and fundraiser.
  • Submission fees must be paid in full in order to receive your exchange package.
  • Submission fee payments can be done in person or via this form (see below).
  • If applicable, shipping fees must also be paid in advance for your exchange package to be shipped back to you.

  • Fee Amounts:
    Submission Fee for current A/P Members: $25 (CAD)
    Submission Fee for Non Members: $35 (CAD)

    Return shipping fees for international participants living outside of Canada: $25 (CAD)

    STEP 2

    PREPARE AND PACKAGE YOUR EDITION OF 10 PRINTS ADHERING TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES

    Artwork Guidelines

    Size
    Prints must be two dimensional with a total paper size that is up to but DOES NOT exceed 8"x10".
    There is no restriction on image size as long as it fits within the 8"x10" paper size restriction.

    Media
    All forms of print-media are welcome including: lithography, intaglio, relief, screenprint, monotype, and other expanded and mixed media practices in printmaking.

    Presentation
    Each print must be fully dry with glassine or tissue paper between each print. The full edition must be packaged in a protective manner to prevent artwork damage.

    Theme/Subject Matter
    There is no theme for this exhibition and participants are welcome to submit work of any theme or subject matter.

    A/P reserves the right to exclude any work that promotes violence, hatred, or intolerance. A/P is not responsible for prints that are damaged or lost in transport. Prints that do not fit these requirements may not be included in the exchange and exhibition, and may not be returned.

    STEP 3

    COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE ARTWORK INFORMATION FORM NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 29, 2025

    About the Artwork Information Form

    After submitting this participation form, you will receive an automatic email confirmation that will contain a link to an online Artwork Information Form.

    This form will require you to provide:
  • Your artwork information (title, medium, substrate, paper size).
  • An image of your artwork that we may use in promotional materials.

    A/P will use your submitted image, as well as documentation of your submitted artwork to promote A/P, the Not So Mini Exhibition, and the Not So Mini Online Auction. A/P will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the artist is credited. By submitting this form, you permit A/P to use images of submitted artwork in print and/or electronic media for these purposes.

  • STEP 4

    ENSURE YOUR EDITION IS RECEIVED BY A/P NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 29, 2025

    Mailed Editions must:

  • Be postmarked no later than November 15, 2025 (international submissions)
  • Be postmarked no later than November 22, 2025 (submissions within Canada)

  • Hand Delivered Editions must:

  • Arrive at A/P no later than Wednesday, December 4 at 5pm
