This section is for you to include information about the artwork that you will be submitting to exhibit. This information will be used in the exhibition labels, and exhibitions promotions that feature your work. As outlined in the

Please upload an image of your finished artwork. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS: Images should to be 72dpi with 1024 pixels on the longest side; no larger than 2MB. Please do your best to submit an accurate, well presented image of your work as it will be used as a reference within our online auction. If you have questions about formatting your image, please contact us. IMAGE USE NOTICE: A/P will be using your submitted image, as well as documentation of your work in the exhibition to promote the exhibition, and to promote A/P. This may include current and future online or in print promotions. A/P will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the artist is credited. By submitting your application form, you permit A/P to use images of submitted artwork in print and/or electronic media for these purposes.

Artwork Sale/Price Information

This is NOT a requirement for participating. If an artwork sells during the exhibition, sales will be processed through A/P and Artists will receive 60% of the sales commission. A/P will retain 40% of sales toward fundraising toward sustained community programming.
